What is Schema data or Rich Snippet markup?
Schema.org is the result of collaboration between Google, Bing, Yandex, and Yahoo! to help you provide the information their search engines need to understand your content and provide the best search results possible at this time. Adding Schema markup to your HTML improves the way your page displays in SERPs by enhancing the rich snippets that are displayed beneath the page title. Source: Moz
Types of items described by Schema: Structured data can be used to mark up all kinds of items from products to events to recipes. It is most often used to provide additional information about the following:

I ordered Pro. Where is my key?
Pro keys are emailed to you as soon as payment clears. Please hang in there for 10 minutes before contacting us about a product key that wasn’t delivered. You may also want to check your spam folder.
I lost my license key! What do I do?
Breathe. You can have our system email your your license key to the email associated with your account by going to the lost license page. If you don’t know the email you used to purchase the license, please contact us and we can assist you.
How many sites can I install the SchemaFactory plugin on?
The free version can be installed on any number of sites. The Pro version can be installed on 10 sites per license. If the 10-site-limit on Pro is not observed, we reserve the right to disable your license key.
What happens after my subscription expires?
If you purchased a subscription to Pro and it has expired, you may no longer make changes to your structured data; attempting to do so will result in an error. Existing data will stay in place and will not be affected by an expired license key.
Help! My schema code is broken or not validating!
Typically, this issue is caused by your theme (I know you don’t want to hear this). If you are seeing paragraph tags or line breaks in the schema code, you may want to make sure the wpautop filter on WordPress is not enabled. Another common cause is incorrect information being supplied in one of the plugin fields. If you need help with a Pro licence, you can contact us and we will investigate your issue.
How can I test to ensure my plugin is working?
Google Developers has a free Structured Data testing tool, which allows you to enter your URL to verify your structured data is implemented correctly. You can find it by clicking this link.
Why are my reviews or ratings not showing up in search results?
Even when you have the proper Schema data installed on your website, it will be up to the search engines to choose to display it or not. If you are using the Free version of SchemaFactory, this feature is not available. If you are using the Pro version of SchemaFactory and you are still not seeing the reviews in search, please verify your plugin is configured correctly and data is showing by clicking this link. Also, Google has stated they want to see VISUAL representations of reviews and that not displaying actual reviews (such as testimonials) on your website can cause the stars not to appear.
Can I install Schema Data without your plugin?
Yes, absolutely. But, the process is far more involved. The SchemaFactory schema plugin for WordPress and Joomla was designed to make it as easy as possible to add local business markup to your website. If you would like to view all available schemas, you can visit Schema.org for more info.
What other Schemas will be supported in the future?
Version 1 of our schema plugin was developed for Local Business, and we have plans to support additional types in the near future. Version 2 will include articles, ecommerce, events, and many others, but will include a price bump for the additional functionality. To request product updates to the SchemaFactory plugin, please get in touch with our developers.
